Looks like a racing incident to me. I don’t think either driver was at fault.

lowndes could have left it for a ‘safer’ area to pass but he had more speed than courtney and courtney should have realized that an backed out of it

bullshit. if your on the inside and someone turns in on you its the other guys fault… lowndes was to impacient and turned in on courtney… he had evey opportunity in the world to lift and prevent that accident. the next turn was to the left and lowndes was on the outside… lowndes screwed himself and james on this one…
